Sigaram Creations will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer or the Website. The deliveries can be made by any of the following parties – Sigaram Creations or logistics partners of Sigaram Creations. The delivery charges levied depend on the location and time of the final delivery and the nature of the products bought.

Not all services are available for all products. Delivery location, product type, product weight, and seasonality all contribute to the available delivery options presented.

We are unable to guarantee precise delivery dates or times, but the gift will be received within the date range selected.

We work hard to maintain a reliable network of vendors and shipping partners but sometimes delivery issues cannot be avoided. We want you to know that Sigaram Creations stands behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product or the delivery occurs outside of the agreed window, please contact us.

If we are notified that your selected delivery date window cannot or will not be met, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation. We will then attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible unless you promptly let us know that you would like to cancel your order instead.

If it is 24 hours outside of your delivery date window and you do not receive a delivery confirmation email, please let us know so that we can follow up on your order.

How fast can Products be shipped?

Sigaram Creations offers a variety of gifts to send to family and friends. Each of the gift baskets offers different shipping options from as soon as Next Day up to seven days from today. Often most gift baskets cannot be delivered on Sunday and Monday. When you check-out with the specific gift basket you are going to send the delivery options available to that product will be offered to you.

What if I have an Issue with the Delivery?

What if I gave the wrong address?

Call our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you in updating the delivery address.

General Instructions

  • We generally do not send any invoices along with the hamper. You’ll receive it on your registered mail ID. 
  • Please mention the recipient’s phone at the time of checkout, it helps us deliver the hampers faster. We understand the gift may be a surprise for them and never contact the recipient but delivery boys may need to contact them at the time of delivery.
  • Please note any changes to address/contact details/recipient name etc. is not possible after the shipment of the product.
  • We can provide estimated delivery timelines but delivery date is not guaranteed by our logistics partners.
  • In case of any issues with the delivery pls inform us within 48 hrs of the item being marked as delivered, we can escalate the case with logistics providers and get it resolved.
  • In case the parcel seems tempered pls do not accept the delivery, take the pic of the damaged area, and the address label, where AWB no is clearly visible, send it to us and we’ll get the issues resolved
