You will receive an email when your hamper has been despatched and when it has been delivered.
In the despatch email ‘ Your hamper is on its way!’ you will find delivery tracking information, this email is sent to you when the hamper has been handed over to our approved courier.
If you have an account with us, you can also track your order on there.
Please check email spam folders or directly with the recipient to see if they have already received the hamper before contacting us, as sometimes an incorrect email address entered at checkout will result in no emails being received by you.
You will also receive an email when your gift is delivered to your recipient, if you have completed the free option for gift message via text and emails, these will also be sent to the recipient at this point.
Please be aware if you have ordered more than one hamper they may arrive as separate deliveries.
We know that it can be tricky to find out if someone is going to be home on a certain date without giving away the surprise, so there may be occasions when the lucky recipient is not at home when our courier partners attempt delivery.
In this instance, the drivers have been instructed to attempt to deliver the gift to a neighbour or leave it in a safe place, where it is appropriate and safe to do so. If not, then delivery will be reattempted. Whatever happens, they will receive notification to let them know they missed a parcel and tell the them next steps.
During the checkout stage when inputting delivery information, you can leave the recipient’s mobile number so that they can receive text updates about when they’re due to receive a parcel and when – this will help to increase your chances of them being at home when it’s due to be delivered to help prevent multiple missed delivery attempts. But if a surprise is what you’re after, best to put in your mobile number instead.
Delivery is swift and reliable. Once your order is placed, we process it within 24 hours. Our handling time on customised products would be 2-4 days and Trasist time would be 2-4 days based on users Location. You can track your shipment directly through our website to stay updated on its status.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver our gifts to international addresses. This is to ensure that we keep up our excellent customer service levels. We deliver our gift hampers to the whole of the India.
If you have received your hamper and it is damaged or something is missing, please contact us at help@sigaram.store. Please email us with your order number and a photo Image of the damages.

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we do offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery times. You can find more information about our shipping options at checkout.
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.

Delivery is included in all our hampers and gifts. So the prices you see on the hampers is the price you’ll pay including delivery.
We are sorry. We are not accomodating Cash on Delivery as a payment method currently. You can purchase right from our offline store address with cash.
Last minute invites? Forgot about the party? Don’t worry, we have certain products that are available for Same day delivery. You may find these in the ‘Same Day’ tab on the homepage. You will be notified of the delivery charges at checkout. We usually charge a premium for midnight deliveries only.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sigaram Creations purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of some of the products, we do not accept returns on gift hampers. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@sigaram.store
We have a no refund policy. However, you may request a refund against return of damaged or partially incomplete orders by writing to us on help@sigaram.store . We will connect with you and let you know if your request can be accepted or not. Once the refund request has been processed, you will receive the amount within 7 working days. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded in any case.

You can raise a request for replacement of products in case they reach you in a damaged condition. However, this will be subject to nature of goods and stock availability. We do not guarantee a replacement against your request.
