Is it necessary to have an account to shop on this Ecommerce?
Yes, it is necessary to log into your SigaramMart account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. You will have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.
Do sellers on SigaramMart Place ship outside Puducherry?
Currently, sellers on SigaramMart only ship within Puducherry. But we are getting ready to provide service all over Tamilnadu in a few months.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
There is no minimum order value for delivery. However we charge Rs. 35/- for all orders less than Rs.499.
What if I’m not home to receive my order?
Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent on your registered email address and mobile number. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end.
Can I place an order online and pick up my order from your store which is nearest to me?
Yes, you can pick up your order from the store you purchased. You need to provide the Order ID and Online payment details, so that your order would be packed and be ready.
Will I be compensated in case of order delay?
